Medical and Dental Benefits:
  • Employee Only:     $40.00  per month for HMO
  • One Dependant:     $145.00 per month for HMO
  • Family:                    $270.00 per month for HMO

Coverage begins on the first day of the month following ninety (90) days of consecutive service. Employees covered by another health plan may choose to Opt-Out and receive a bonus of $31.25 for 24 pay periods.

Life And Long Term Disability Benefits

Life insurance: Your annual income (max of $275,000) to the closest thousand. Long term disability: Ninety (90) consecutive days of total disability required. The monthly benefit is equal to 67% of covered monthly earnings. Both Plans are with Jefferson Pilot and are paid for by GENESIS

Vacation/Sick Leave

Vacation time accrues in the first year of employment to fifteen (15) days per year. Each year thereafter, vacation time accrues to twenty (20) days per year. Employees accumulate sick leave at fifteen (15) days per year.

Holidays

There are eleven (10) paid holidays per year for benefit eligible employees.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

After six months of employment, benefit eligible employees can apply for financial assistance for post secondary institutions in an individual’s current career field or mental health related.

Credit Union

As a GENESIS employee, you are eligible to become a member of the NH Federal Credit Union.

Flex Dollars

Starting January 1 of each year, pretax money can be set aside for projected medical/childcare or dependent care expenses.

Tax Sheltered Annuity 403b Plan

Starting with your 1st paycheck, you may elect to defer a percentage of your salary (under age 50 is 15,500.00 per year, 50+ years is $20,500.00) each pay period on a pre-tax basis. If you decide to wait, you can start your contribution at the start of each calendar quarter. GENESIS will contribute an amount equal to 3.5% of the employee’s base pay to this account after you have completed (1) one year of continuous service and have worked a minimum of 1000 hours in that year. Participation in this plan is not required in order to receive this contribution. Both Deduction and Contribution are 100% vested.
