Adult Out Patient Therapist (MA/MS-Licensed)
Deliver psychotherapy to individual adults, couples and families. Experience in short term therapy. We are seeking a self-motivated clinician to work 32-40 hours per week. Supervision provided. LADC a plus. Qualifications: 2 or more years experience working as Master’s level clinician. Experience working with the Developmentally Disabled. Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Emergency Services Clinician (MA/MS)
Provides full time ES coverage & short-term follow up of clients needing crisis stabilization on an outpatient basis. Obtains all required insurance precerts and provides clinical information to insurance companies whenever necessary. Provides liaison services to the hospital, jail, police, etc. within the Lakes Region catchment area. Pursues State certification as allowed and meets the requirements necessary to maintain licensure in discipline and credentialing. Qualifications: MA in Social Work or other mental health discipline. Min. 3 years experience in mental health setting or related position providing direct clinical care including emergency services. Must be certified (or eligible for certification within 2 years) within discipline. Excellent written, computer and oral communication skills.

Child & Family Case Manager (MA/MS)
A great opportunity to provide individual, group and family therapy through a case management service model. Develop and implement with families, individual service plans. Provides home based services to children and families. Facilitates community integration and collaboration. Provides assessment, monitoring, support and crisis intervention. Fulfills productivity and documentation requirements. Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services. 3-5 years relevant experience with children and families preferred. Family Systems training preferred.

CSP Case Manager (BA/BS)

Responsibilities include assessment, psychotherapeutic interventions, case coordination, crisis intervention, develop and implement treatment plans, prepare and maintain required clinical and administrative documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Alcohol and Drug Abuse or Human Services with relevant experience preferred.

Participate in treatment planning, client centered conferences and program staffing. Complete documentation timely and thoroughly, according to established standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Positions open in both Laconia & Plymouth.

Supported Employment Specialist (BA/BS)
We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Supportive Employment Team in both Belknap & Grafton counties. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with psychiatric disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment according to their vocational goals and recovery. Successful candidates must have a general knowledge of job development with an ability to relate positively w/ employers in the community; working knowledge of a broad range of occupations; ability to identify clients interests, strengths, skills, abilities, and coping styles and match them w/jobs as well as, the ability to advocate for clients w/ other team members, employers, and families. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Education or other related human service field required.
