Who We Are
Genesis Behavioral Health (GBH) is the community mental health center serving Belknap and southern Grafton Counties. We provide comprehensive mental health services that promote recovery from mental illness and emotional distress to children, adults, elders and their families.
Working in partnership with other health care providers, hospitals, law enforcement, corrections, courts, school districts, social workers and public health officials, we provide a continuum of care for our patients and improve the quality of life in the Lakes Region.
A non-profit, private corporation founded in 1966, Genesis Behavioral Health serves over 3,000 patients each year and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
