  • Child & Family Therapist – You will complete comprehensive assessment, develop and implement, and monitor individual service plans with individuals and families, as well as provide crisis intervention services.
  • Community Case Manager-Adults – This is a great opportunity to apply your clinical skills while treating adults with severe and/or persistent mental illness in the context of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Emergency Services Clinician – The successful candidate will obtain all required insurance pre-certs and provide clinical information to insurance companies whenever necessary. This position also provides liaison services to the hospital, jail, police, etc. within the Lakes Region catchment area.
  • Health Mentor – This position is responsible to assist InShape members in developing and implementing their personal wellness program. Provides support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness. Assists in training of volunteer members. Provides group activity instruction. Works independently in community settings with individual clients and leading group activities.
  • Hospital Liaison – Ensures continuity of care through effective discharge planning and care coordination of patients admitted to a psychiatric hospital from Genesis Behavioral Health (GBH) and all patients being discharged from a psychiatric hospital to the Region 3 catchment area and GBH services. It is the responsibility of the Hospital Liaison to facilitate and organize provision of services within their assigned area and to enhance the awareness of mental health issues for patients and their families through consultation and facilitation of educational experiences to staff, other service providers, schools, and the community at large.
  • MLADC – We are searching for talented, energetic, and creative addiction counselors to join our Day Treatment/Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient Services.
  • Nurse – The position primary purpose is promotes the physical and mental health of clients by applying the nursing process. This is done as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and working with the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) and InSHAPE. The goal is to assist clients to assume responsibility for their own health and to assist members of the client’s team. The Nurse coordinates and monitors the medical needs in accordance with the requirements of regulatory agencies and third party payers.
  • Stabilization and ES Clinician – The responsibilities of this position include providing full-time Emergency Services coverage, performing triage and emergent and short-term follow up assessments and dispositional plans for clients who present in crisis, in office crisis evaluations plus consultative crisis evaluations performed at three hospitals, and periodically at the jail and police.
  • Supported Employment Specialist – Provide consumer driven, recovery informed direct individual and group services to patients on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. They will interface with the community and within the agency to ensure continuity of care and high quality comprehensive services.
  • Therapeutic Support Specialist – We are seeking an individual to provide one on one functional support services to a patient with behavioral and intellectual difficulties.
  • Therapist-Adult Services – The responsibilities of this position include assessment, psychotherapeutic interventions, case coordination, crisis intervention, develop and implement treatment plans, prepare and maintain required clinical and administrative documentation.
