  • Emergency Services Clinician – The successful candidate will obtain all required insurance pre-certs and provide clinical information to insurance companies whenever necessary. This position also provides liaison services to the hospital, jail, police, etc. within the Lakes Region catchment area.
  • Health Mentor – This position is responsible to assist InShape members in developing and implementing their personal wellness program. Provides support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness. Assists in training of volunteer members. Provides group activity instruction. Works independently in community settings with individual clients and leading group activities.
  • Residential Therapeutic Support Specialist – . This position is responsible for providing rehabilitative support to patients in the Genesis Behavioral Health Adult Supportive Housing Program.  This position assists patients with community or shared living challenges by teaching activities of daily living and personal care.
  • Supported Employment Specialist – The Supported Employment Specialist will provide consumer driven, recovery informed direct individual and group services to patients on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. They will interface with the community and within the agency to ensure continuity of care and high quality comprehensive services.
  • Targeted Care Manager-Child & Family – The successful candidate will be responsible to provide case coordination and assuring continuity of services for patients in the Child & Family Services Program.
  • Therapist – The responsibilities of this position include assessment, psychotherapeutic interventions, case coordination, crisis intervention, develop and implement treatment plans, prepare and maintain required clinical and administrative documentation.
